Natural Circumcision or
Laser Circumcision

Circumcision is the surgical removal of the skin that covers the tip of the penis.

This procedure is quite common among male newborns in certain parts of the world, including the United States, and although the procedure can also be performed after neonatal period, it becomes more complicated.

For some families, circumcision is seen as a religious ritual.

However, the procedure can also be a matter of family tradition, personal hygiene, or preventative health care.

Circumcision in newborns is performed in the hospital nursery, usually within 10 days after birth.

Is performed by laying the baby on his back, holding arms and legs.

To then clean the penis and area around it, where anesthesia will be injected into the base of the penis or applied to the penis as a cream, and finally a special clamp or plastic ring will be placed on the penis and removed the foreskin.

After this procedure, the penis will be coated with an ointment, topical antibiotic or petroleum jelly, and loosely wrapped with gauze.

The procedure usually takes about 10 minutes.

Circumcision for older boys and adults is very similar. However, if the procedure is performed in these age ranges, it may need to be performed under general anesthesia, recovery may be longer, and the risk of complications may be greater.

It can be done in the office under local anesthesia or in the operating room under sedation.

Laser circumcision reduce the risk of bleeding, inflammation and post-surgical pain, it also offers better aesthetic results.
